- Upon choosing a property, a reservation agreement is signed and a reservation fee is paid
- A final sales contract is signed before a Bulgarian notary, and ownership is officially transferred
- Pricing & Payments
- All property prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise
- A reservation fee is required to secure a chosen property; this amount may vary depending on the property and developer
- The remaining balance is payable prior to the final signing of the notarial deed
- Bank transfer is the standard method of payment unless otherwise agreed
